My copy of Byssus found its way to my cabin in the woods in northern Ontario, Canada yesterday. I've read it in the day and in the night. It's remarkable. I can't remember the last book that provided so much pleasure and revelation. Our homes are very different but I could happily live in either. Or both. Thank you.
